Learn MoreValley Digestive Health Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.
Learn MoreBilling is a big issue with the facility and looking at some of the other reviews, not surprised. The medical staff at vally digestive were great. I paid for the facility, but the insurance covered part of it, so we are owed a refund. Called the billing department and was told it would take 10 business day's for them to cut the check. It has been 3 weeks and no check. Called the billing office again and now I was told it would take 6 weeks for corporate to cut a check. I still owe the anesthesia and need to pay genesis. Unfortunately, at this point they will not be able to pay them until digestive health refunds me the 480 they owe me.
All staffs including Nurses and Doctor treated me with courtesy, full of passions

I recently had an upper endoscopy done here. I wasn't worried about it until the day of, then came the fear of being put under. The last time I was, was in 2nd grade and can't remember much. But as soon as they asked me if I had something in writing ,like a will, if I were to die, it got real. But my 2 nurses calmed me down and walked me through it. It made me feel a lot better about it. I wish I could remember their names but I was too nervous to remember. But all in all I didn't feel or notice anything wrong. Thank you so much.
